Accessing Messages on the Hub

The Hub is a dedicated and secure application used by the College to communicate sensitive and important documents with students.

Students will receive an email to their Penn email address directing them to the Hub, where they will sign in with their PennKey and password to view the message.

All communications in the Hub are archived and can be accessed, printed or saved to a personal computer at any time while the student is actively enrolled at Penn.

Hub messages, like emails to a student's Penn email addresses, are official College communications that may contain information of vital importance to a student's academic standing or other aspects of their career as a Penn student. Hub messages should be read immediately upon receipt and students are responsible for the information contained in them.
