Javier Starkand C03 W03 is a Partner and Founding Member of Consonance Capital Partners. Before joining CCP, Javier was an investment professional in the healthcare group at Warburg Pincus.  Before business school, he worked as an Associate at JPMP before co-founding The Spirus Group, a New York-based venture development firm.  He also worked in the Technology M&A Group at Morgan Stanley.  He has served as a board observer or board member of KEPRO, Orsini, Psychiatric Medical Care, and RegionalCare Hospital Partners (now Lifepoint). 

Lauren Starkand C03 is the Senior Talent & Development Leader for Marsh & Mercer. Before joining Marsh & Mercer, Lauren was the Head of Talent, Diversity & Inclusion for Citi’s Global Consumer Bank. In her current role, Lauren is responsible for overseeing talent management, career development, performance management, and strategy. She is an experienced talent executive who has worked in both large enterprises and agile, high-growth companies.
