Loren Flaum joined Flaum Management in 2009 and brings knowledge of finance, management, and acquisitions to the management team.  Loren has a strong finance background through previous experience at Bear Stearns & Co., as a Private Client Services Sales and Trading Assistant as well as Jones Trading Institutional Services, LLC in the Capital Markets Group.  Loren is a 2005 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and a member of the Division 1 Varsity Lacrosse Team.  In 2009, Loren received a Master of Science in Real Estate – Concentration in Finance and Investments from New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.  In 2011, he received an MBA with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester.
