The Office of Health Education (OHE) provides risk reduction and public health promotion services to the campus, which include data collection and analysis, educational workshops, health awareness events and campaigns, academic courses, training and consultations. In addition, we provide training and consultation to the SAC-funded peer health groups DART, FLASH, GUIDE, RAP-Line, STAAR and Active Minds.
OHE also provides secondary prevention services such as the First Step program, which addresses students at risk for alcohol and other drug use.
