Intellectual Life Outside of Class

Below is a list of suggestions of places where undergraduates might meet others interested in ideas and/or causes and find kindred spirits and good conversations:

Dean's Advisory Board

The mission of the Dean's Advisory Board is to improve the undergraduate experience by acting as a liaison between the students and administration of the College of Arts & Sciences.

Department Groups/Clubs

Links to the Undergraduate Advisory Boards or Clubs that are on the web. These links should lead to undergrads who can tell you about events, discussion groups, lectures, or other things of interest to students. If no link to a board is on the web, check with the department office. If you are a major in a department without a club or board for undergrads interested in that field, think of starting one!
