• • Ceremony time: 6:30 pm

• • Guest speaker: Marc Platt, C'79, Producer
• • Senior speaker, Maya Ondalikoglu

What to Wear

• • Academic costume is required.
• • Do not wear high heels.
• • Wear sunglasses. You'll be facing west during sunset.
• • Do not bring any personal items that you do not intend to carry during the entire ceremony.
• • If it's very hot, wear light-weight clothes under your academic costume.

What to Tell Your Guests

• • Do not wear high heels. The stands are very steep.
• • Wear sunglasses. You'll be facing west during sunset.
• • Guests are not permitted in the student assembly area or the student seating area.
• • Gates open at 5:30 pm.
• • Please be seated by 6:00 pm.
• • Arrange to meet your party away from Franklin Field at approximately 9:00 pm.

What to Do When You Arrive

• • Enter the student assembly area from 33rd Street (between the north stands of Franklin Field and the tennis courts).
• • Stop at any table and get your color-coded card with your name and major printed on it. (This will be the information you entered into the online registration form.)
• • On the back of the color-coded card is a map of where each major is to assemble. Keep the card with you, find and stand with your major (look for signs and flags).
• • Remember: You must have this card in your hand when you process to the front to cross the stage.
