The College Office Help Desk

The College Office Help Desk is available on a walk-in basis, by email or by phone (215.898.6341) for quick questions on routine information about academic policies and procedures. Some examples of appropriate topics for the Help Desk include:

• • Deadlines
• • Resources
• • Academic Policies

Students should use the help desk only for quick "nuts and bolts" answers. If a student wishes to have a more detailed discussion about these or any other academic topics, he or she should call the College Office and make an appointment to speak with an assistant dean for advising.
