The College Office is home base for undergraduate students in the School of Arts and Sciences. Some of the services provided directly to students in the College Office are:

• • Assistant deans for advising available to help with general and special academic circumstances, by appointment (or on a walk-in basis for quick questions) from 9:00-4:00, Monday-Friday
• • CaseNet for concerns about academic difficulty.
• • Help desk for quick questions about academic rules, regulations and procedures.

The College Office also:

• • Provides academic guidance by assistant deans for advising to all College undergraduates.
• • Distributes registration materials including Course Registers and Course Timetables.
• • Processes graduation applications and audits seniors for graduation.
• • Coordinates graduation ceremony.
• • Generates correspondence such as dean’s letters and letters of good academic standing.
• • Coordinates peer advising programs.
• • Maintains student records.
• • Supports faculty in their role as undergraduate advisors.
