The College Office is home base for undergraduate students in the School of
Arts and Sciences. Some of the services provided directly to students in the
College Office are:
- • Assistant deans for advising available
to help with general and special academic circumstances, by appointment (or
on a walk-in basis for quick questions) from 9:00-4:00, Monday-Friday
- • CaseNet for concerns about academic difficulty.
- • Help desk for quick questions about academic rules, regulations and procedures.
The College Office also:
- • Provides academic guidance by assistant deans for advising to all College undergraduates.
- • Distributes registration materials including Course Registers and Course Timetables.
- • Processes graduation applications and audits seniors for graduation.
- • Coordinates graduation ceremony.
- • Generates correspondence such as dean’s letters and letters of good academic standing.
- • Coordinates peer advising programs.
- • Maintains student records.
- • Supports faculty in their role as undergraduate advisors.
