Dr. Alice Kelley is Associate Director of Academic Advising and an assistant dean for advising. She used to be an Associate Professor of English until she discovered that she liked working with students better than spending hours in the library. She is currently the College Athletic Eligibility Officer, sophomore advisor, answerer of questions about language waivers and individualized majors, and a willing ear for those whose lives are confused or uncomfortable as well as for those who have found their intellectual passion. In other words, she delights in almost anything students bring to her. In her past life she wrote several books on Virginia Woolf.
