Dr. Joseph is the Associate Director of the University Scholars Program and also works with the Benjamin Franklin Scholars Program. She graduated from Wisconsin and has a doctorate in Urban Education from Temple. Before coming to the scholars program, she was the Director of the Alumni Council on Admissions, working as a liaison between legacy applicants to Penn and the Admissions Office. She was also an advisor in The College Office for seven years before working in the ACA, and helped start the Peer Advising program. She was also the Athletic Eligiblity officer for the College.
