Any College student can access the online database of peer advisors, representing nearly every major within the College of Arts and Sciences. You don't have to be "lost" to take advantage of MAP, just curious. It's as simple as visiting the website and following the instructions to search the database. Contact information for all advisors is easily accessible and advisees email upperclassman in their major of interest directly, without any intermediaries. Some students just ask a quick question by email, while others attend a class with the peer advisor to get an idea of what it's like to be in the specific major.
